Bicycling on the Happy Greenway

In recent years, Chengdu Government has been making great efforts to balance the urban-rural development and built Chengdu into an international modern garden city. With the purpose of letting all the staffs experience the beautiful ecological environment and the benefit resulting from this project, the labor union of CCIE, availed the chance of International Women’s Day, and organized all the employees to have a bicycle-trip on the happy greenway” in Wenjiang.
Like a gift from the god, 8TH March 2011 was lucky to be extremely sunny. Full of enthusiasm, everyone gathered together by the riverside of Jiangan River in Wanchun town and started the bicycle trip. The “happy green path” does deserve its name! The path is neighboured with clear rivers and embraced by green and nodding trees. As we bicycling ahead, the fresh breeze, mixed with the fragrance of the Golden rape-flowers are slipping around our noses, the leaf shadows begin to dance, and the birds start their singing competition to and wait up the quietness of the countryside. At the end of the day, everybody feels so fascinated about this ecological way for celebrating the holiday.
