Legal Lecture Held in CCIE

Oct 26th, 2007, at the conference room of Tennis Center, Sports Park, Hi-Tech District, a legal lecture was given by our long-lasting legal advisory Mr Yangjianhong, who is working as director of international service and copartner of Tahota Law Firm.
With vivid practical cases, attorney Yang illustrated The Contract Law of PRC by outlining several key points in internal contracts and agreements.
All the staffs participated agreed that this lecture is most fruitful for both clarifying some legal concepts encountered and effectively preventing from potential negligence from these typical examples.
Mr Yang will give another lecture on Internal Law in the coming November.
