When bright sunshine, beaches, waves, coco resorts paint the picturesque scenery of Yalong beach;happiness, laughers, passions and perspectives depict the CCIE (China Chengdu Import & Export Co. Ltd) staffs there.
Right at the most gorgeous tropic beach---- Yalong Beach, CCIE held the annual meeting of 2007 at a five-star hotel-HORIZON RESORT &SPA from January 18 to January 21.
Pick up fruits in 2007 and blueprint the prospects in 2008.
January 19, morning ,the whole team of CCIE got together in #13 conference room in Horizon Resort &SPA.
First up, department managers summarized the work in year 2007 and reported the plan in 2008.
Afterwards, GM Mr. Lu Kai made important address in two parts:

1. General situation
a. Our company is listed in the Top 20 Importers again, according to the CHENGDU CUSTOMS STATISICS.
b. Substantial profit growth and remarkable achievements reached in 2007
c. The growth rate in expenditure is low VS the recorded high in sales volume and profit.
2. Highlights
a. All departments race forward
b. Finance department provides effective financial support
c. Outstanding departments and individuals sprung up
3. Problems
a. More New business explorations are needed
b. Management needs to be further enhanced
c. A few employees are lack of work passion
B. Requirements in 2008
1. Each profit indicator reach new high
2. No less than 2 highlights in new business are required
3. Intensify team building in an all-around way, upgrade comprehensive quality, enhance the art of management
After annual meeting, all the CCIE staffs chilled out by enjoying the bright sunshine, the harmony between man and nature, and the excitement of aquatic recreations, completely intoxicated in this land of wonder.
