Follow Right Direction, Grasp Every Opportunity, Adjust Development Structure an

        Expansive grounds, white sandy beach, soft wind, panoramic ocean views and ancient temples are the beautiful setting in Bali waiting for the busy CCIE people.

 

        In order to let everyone enjoy the benefits brought by the development of the company, CCIE organized all of its employees to spend a pleasant holiday and held the Conference for Summarizing 2013 and Planning 2014 in Bali, Indonesia from Dec. 28, 2013 to Jan.3, 2014.

 

        At 9 am, heads of the business departments, financial department, project management department and administration department gave reports on the summary of 2013 and planning for 2014 in sequence.

 

        The conference continued right after lunch with manager in charge commented respective reports in details followed by President Lu Kai’s summary speech on behalf of the BOD of CCIE.

 

        President Lu’s speech contains three parts. First and foremost, summary on 2013. President Lu recognized the achievements made in 2013 and analyzed the problems yet to be resolved. Secondly, domestic circumstances in 2014. By studying the Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of CPC and the latest Central Economic Work Conference, President Lu pointed out potential opportunities in new year. Last but not least, plan for 2014. A guidance for the new year, follow right direction, grasp every opportunity, adjust development structure and seek new changes, was outlined with specific requirements and hope.

 

        On the evening of 29th and the morning of 30th, all the departments had heated discussions separately. The passionate CCIE people had self-reflections in depth, opened minds for all possibilities to seek better development. On the afternoon of 30th, everyone gathered together again to share the new thoughts, ideas and tasks as well as specific plan agreed in group discussion. Everyone shared the strong desire to value the platform, provoke innovative thinking, follow through the work with practical actions to realize the CCIE Dream in the fullest extent.

 

        In the next few days, everyone went for sight-seeing and shopping at exotic places of interests including Uluwatu with stormy seas and mysterious Tanah Lot.
