Developing in the Transformation and Advancing in the Upgrading

To allow CCIE people to experience the beautiful island of Taiwan and share the development fruits of CCIE (China Chengdu Import & Export Group Co., LTD), from Jan 1 to Jan 8, 2012 CCIE organized a collective tourism to Taiwan and the annual summary of 2011 and 2012 annual work planning meetings was held there.
On Jan 2, the annual summary of 2011 and 2012 annual work planning meetings was held at the Lalu Hotel around the picturesque Sun Moon Lake. At 10:00 am, the Business Department, Finance Department and the Administration Department made the summary report on the work of 2011 and 2012 plans.
Subsequently Mrs. Liu, the general manager of CCIE gave a speech in the meeting, expressed the sincere gratitude and best wishes to all the employees and their family and finally proposed recommendations for the future work of 2012.
At the end of the meeting, Mr. Lu Kai, the President of CCIE on behalf of the Board of Directors made a concluding speech. Mr. Lu enumerated the remarkable performance on the Importation, Exportation and Foreign Economic Projects, and particularly highlighted eight aspects:
1, Principal business stably moved forward;
2. The foreign economic project made great breakthrough;
3. Further development in the new business scope;
4. Further Expansion on Agent Business;
5, No bad debts;
6, Management competence of the Finance Department and Administration got big improvement
7, Further perfection and improvement of company platform
8. The policy of rewarding merits enforced in personal management
Faced with the new challenges of 2012, Mr. Lu required to take " Developing in the Transformation and Advancing in the Upgrading" as the main line of the future work and to build a multi-business company, shifting from “Single Foreign Trade” business pattern to the "Foreign Trade plus Foreign Economic Project” Pattern, from the “ Agent Business to “Agent, Service plus Self-supporting” pattern, from “Self-supporting” to “Self-supporting plus Financing” pattern, from the traditional business to new and rising business, and from clerk to the mature professional managers. And at last, Mr. Lu put forward the working target for the coming 2012 to each department.
In the group discussions of each department at the afternoon and evening, all CCIE people were full of passion and brimming with confidence for the coming dragon year.
In the next few days, all CCIE people went out and enjoyed the sight of Sun Moon Lake, viewed the blue sky and Eluanbi Lighthouse, admired the Kending Park, Chi Qianlou and the Buddha Memorial in Foguang Mountain, and at the last station appreciated the beautiful Taipei scenery from the 101 building.
